"The villa was so beautiful I would definitely stay there again."

Honestly, everything. The bath was probably the best part as you could see the view of Mt Fuji from there. There are many facilities/amenities for you such as a massage chair, kitchen, even to heated floors. It was so cold in the Mt Fuji area but the house regulates heat very well. Overall just fantastic!

Checking in on tablet was really difficult most likely due to poor internet connection, however, if you contact customer support, they will help you check-in if you have troubles! They were kind enough to fill in the gaps for us.
