Rakuten STAY Fuji Kawaguchiko Station

Blinds were broken in the main bathroom so you couldn't use it without being exposed. Check-in process is exhaustive, they can access the iPad camera/mic at any time which is weird. The location is good, able to walk to restaurants and the train station easily. Very clean.

Great facilities, big and roomy for 7 people, well equipped kitchen, has floor heating which is useful for this area, Great view of Mt Fuji from bathroom balcony

Location is average, when turning off the main street to get to destination, the road is very narrow so extra care is needed

Comfortable for resting for 8 ppl. Can see fuji view from 2nd floor and in jacuzzi tub.

The road for entrance was quite narrow, really difficult for hiace car to drive in but still can manage carefully. One bedroom were just the bed with certain cover, the hotel should specify in the details beforehand.

If you are travelling by car, be warned the streets are quite narrow in this area. No fault of the property, and we had no issues getting in an out by car

Location was great and property was exceptional.
