Ode

Ode was comfy and cute and the perfect home base for a weekend in the west end!

The property is just amazing. Such cool vibes and so unique. Our room was great with everything we needed. The bed was so comfortable too. All the little touches were just so nice from the welcome pink popcorn to the eye patch masks on the pillows. The staff were so helpful and accommodating every step of the way. We had a later flight the day we checked out and they were kind enough to hold our luggage for us so we could do some shopping in the area which is another huge plus to the Ode, it's location. So many amazing bars, restaurants and shopping spots including some of the best vintage shops I have ever been too. The coffee shop two doors down, Hanks, was incredible too. I cannot say enough good things about this hotel and would absolutely come back and stay here again.

Our room in Ode was absolutely adorable and very cozy. My sister and I came for the Taylor Swift concert and it was the perfect place to stay for us. Check in and check out were both a breeze, and they were able to help us get a parking pass for the city printed out very last minute.

The hotel is a family owned and run (all female) business and they’ve done an amazing job! Erica (Mum) is so helpful and responsive. It’s in a great area of Toronto and easy to get downtown, either via walking or streetcar. So many little shops and restaurants are close by so you don’t even have to head downtown if you don’t want to! Would highly recommend and would come back in an instant when returning to Toronto.

Perfect place to stay!

This place was adorable! Staff was so nice! We had some issues with the lights but the room itself was clean and in good condition!

I had a wonderful stay in a beautifully decorated and comfortable room that was spotless and thoughtfully arranged. Erica was incredibly friendly, attentive, and always available to assist with any of my needs. I highly recommend this place for its warm hospitality and stylish ambiance.

Awesome staff and communication. Great location.

The bathroom would have been awkward for a couple or people not very intimately acquainted. One could hear, see and smell everything someone was doing in there. Window didn't close all the way, so it was noisy, and if someone had wanted to peer in from the street, the blind wasn't opaque. Privacy was lacking. Blackout curtains and a window that closed would have made a big difference, especially for the price.
