Tropic Isle Hotel & Apartment

The parking situation is horrendous. We paid a daily parking fee, the night we checked in we went to dinner came back no parking was available. I was told to wait till the morning for the manager. The manager didn’t show up until 12:30 PM, the next afternoon. His overnight solution was to leave my car in the middle of the parking lot. The following day he had me park two blocks down. The third day he was walking into numerous rooms, grabbing car keys, playing valet. I was told I would get reimbursed for three days of nightmares. That didn’t happen. I spent my vacation wearing if my car was going to be towed or booted for three out of three nights.

Loud kids outside, but the facility couldn't do anything about it. Extremely small space, and they acted like they were doing me a favor after discriminating my service animal. So much for being a veteran when I get discriminated against for needing my service animal with me. I want to remind you that service animals are covered by the FHA

Located at an amazing area of Hollywood Beach makes this an excellent stay for the price. Highly recommend if you're looking for an affordable stay on the beach

Location was perfect and room was spacious. Great rates considering location. Didn’t know about the parking charge though when we got there. Was not happy about hidden charge. Air in back room didn’t work good so it was hot in there. Other than parking being awful it was and added expense for crap parking it was pretty good stay.

The bed was a little too soft.

Everything was fine! Location was perfect! But it was hard to sleep at night because of air conditioner!!! The noise was horrible! But again, we had room 2. My neighbors from room 3 said that their air conditioner was ok.I think they just need to fix it. But we enjoyed our stay! Very close to the beach and restaurants!

The property is located literally a few feet away from the beach and Hollywood boardwalk. Mr. Wilfredo and Mr. Mateo were professional, kind and accommodating. Upon hearing that I was visiting for a special anniversary with my wife they made us feel appreciated and welcome with nice perks. The rooms themselves were clean, and everything worked as it should. A full kitchen was provided with a standard size fridge, stove, coffer maker, microwave, utensils and pot and pans. Beach towels were also available in the room. Beach chairs were also accessible in the parking area. All in all a great trip thanks to the kind and professional staff and the room itself (clean, practical and perfectly located) Thank you Mr. Wilfredo & Mr. Mateo! God bless, Konstantinos

Excelente ubicacion! Si tu plan es pasarlo en la playa esta a un paso. La habitacion es igual a las fotos la cocina te ayuda mucho para preparar cosas de comer, limpio y ordenado. Biena comunicacion con el administrador, muy amable.
