Der Check-in verlief problemlos, und besonders Nachtportier Herr Arda war außergewöhnlich freundlich und hilfsbereit – ein echtes Plus für das Hotel! Das Zimmer war stilvoll und angenehm eingerichtet.

Die Zugangskarten funktionierten anfangs nicht, und der Toilettendeckel war locker, was etwas störte.
