Here is the corrected text: We were on a hiking trip, but when we were a few kilometers away, they canceled the booking due to a missing key. It is extremely strange that they didn't have a spare key or couldn't contact a professional to open the door. This cost us over 100 € extra.

We had a room with a private bathroom. The beds were very comfy, all was clean and the bathroom had lovely hot water. The shutters were great to sleep with too. The shared kitchen facilities were great. And the hosts and staff were very helpful, and good with English too. We had a short stay, but will return
