Hotel Izgrev Spa & Aqua Park

THIVES ARE WORKING AT THE HOTEL. DO NOT GO!!! So i am writing this as a frequent visitor of Hotel Izgrev, and I will never ever visit this hotel again. So I have been coming to Izgrev 2-3 times a year since 2020 (Covid summer was my first). I watched the Hotel going down, not by style, facilities or comfort but by the service of people there. The thing that over did it all was the loss of my AirPods. Those were stollen from my room. When I left the Hotel, i thought i had them on me, but didn't. When I realized that they were not on me I checked the Geo Location and they were at the street Arsenij Jovkov number 3 in Struga, not the location of the Hotel but someone's home. I called the Hotel and told them that I had lost them and that I know of the location. They said that they would check and call me back. Surprise... I do not get the call back for 2 days. I gave another call and a different lady, that does not speak Macedonian answered the phone. The simple reply was, "We did not find them". And then become rude when i asked follow up questions. The answer was even "We do not know who is cleaning the rooms". I asked to get my call transferred to someone that matter, and I got the man I talked 2 days ago. Absolutely the same response. "Sorry, we checked and no one took them." To be fair i know that someone that stole the item will not report it, because they did the wrong thing, but the Hotels reaction is astonishing. They are perfectly fine of having employees that steal things from the rooms of the guests. They even rationalize it by saying "we do not control them" So if you want your things being stolen, this is the right hotel for you!

Tidy and clean room, with amazing lakeview and delicious breakfast, and kindly staff

Otel göle sıfır konumda, soğuk aylarda ısıtma sağlıyor. Kahvaltı tam olarak Türk kahvaltısı gibi değil ama doyurucu ve güzel seçenekleri çok. Odalar temiz, kapalı havuzu biraz soğuktu Ekim ayında geldiğimiz için. Çalışanlar çok ilgili ve her konuda yardımcı oluyorlar. Bise taksi ve diğer illere geçmek için otobüs rezervasyonu dahi yaptılar.

Havuz soğuktu, ve hamam çalışmıyor denildi.
