The Northeastland Hotel

It was a nice room, but there were no free outlets to plug in multiple devices. The room was nice the bed was hard didn’t sleep well. Was gonna share photos but the button below doesn’t work.

Room was not handicapped compliant as I had asked for. Tv set up was difficult to use… had to have housekeeping come and resolve problem…

Rude disinterested staff. Grubby room. Weird smells. We stayed before and the conditions here have deteriorated badly. Would not recommend

Construction employee had no clue on the system when checking in

Quiet at night for sleeping and noisy in the morning because of dumpsters outside our room.

There was no ice machine on the 3rd floor. We were told that there was one on the 2nd floor, which we could not find.

The property was under renovation. They did not disclose that, and there was a lot of construction, noise, fumes and overall very uncomfortable. They did move us to a suite, but the experience was not good and I would have booked somewhere else. Very disappointed that they did not disclose that on the website, because if they had, I would have stayed somewhere else.

construction activity on the room floor, construction materials left at the elevator lobby, no electronic charging devices at the nightstands, below average quality materials in the room, could use a once over by a hospitality expert for convenience items and overall design, view of the parking lot was un inspiring

It might have been the worst exoerience I

This was the worst experience in the 3 stays we have made. Bathroom door didn't shut completely, no hot water at 10 am, fridge didn't work, soap wrapper and hair in tub .. not impressed with this stay at all
