The comun space, the staircase that leads to the flat was not in good state. Such a shame as the flat looked great

The flat was very clean and very well thought through/needs provided for. The hosts left a lovely touch with mince pies which immediately made us feel very welcome. We needed a place to stay while visiting family for Christmas and are glad we chose Sunrise View. Truly loved waking up to views of the sea and the sounds of the waves on the shore. Host were also highly responsive to our contacting them hours priori to arriving for arranging parking permit for our car. Towels fluffy and clean. Every necessary switch labelled clearly. Decent amount of cutlery and even plastic cups for children. Some games/books were available for rainy days and beach toys for sunny ones. Great location and we discovered super coffee place nearby. Thank you Vanessa and Trevor for all these lovely touches. Would highly recommend staying here.

I feel like I am picking at hairs really but - this is probably an easy fix - bedsheet was a little bobbly/well used in the single beds. Shower tray (appreciate it is not an easy thing to replace) is depressed in the middle, doesn't drain easily.

What a lovely apartment for our 2 day stay everything was perfect lovely chocolate biscuits so comfortable in every way .Bed very comfortable towels soft views were totally breathtaking 😍

Location was great, short walk to town and old harbour. Fantastic view. Apartment was clean and comfortable. Warm with plenty of hot water and comfortable beds. Complimentary hot drink facilities and toiletries was a bonus.

On the seafront so excellent views and across the road from the beach. Wide variety of shops and restaurants within minutes of the property. Free permit for parking was great - no extra cost.

Advance notice of being on second floor would have been appreciated. Not a major problem but may have packed differently (more smaller bags) as my husband has long covid and we had to get one heavy case up two flights!! Extra Cleaning charge as part of booking cost - seems high as like to think we leave as we found subject to laundry and maybe a hoover. Maybe consider a refundable deposit if issues with cleanliness at property. More choice on TV( not usually a concern) but needed to spend part of a day inside due to husband’s health. Or instructions if more available but we missed to access.
