We had an amazing stay at this hotel. Our room offered a stunning view of the sea and Valletta! Breakfast also great and the restaurant was not crowded in the morning. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive, and the overall service was excellent throughout our visit. The pool area was another highlight, with beautiful views and pleasantly warm, heated water. We also loved the shared guest lounge, which offered complimentary snacks and drinks, including alcohol. The location is perfect as well, situated right next to the ferry terminal, making it very convenient for getting around. Would happily stay here again and recommend it to my friends!

Chambres confortables. Vue Magnifique. Insonorisation soignée. Le restaurant du 1er étage est très bien et le personnel super sympa. Au niveau de l'acceuil c'est moins bien. Pas au niveau de l'hotel.

Nous sommes arrivés en avance. Notre chambre n'était pas prête. Nous avons indiqué que nous allions déjeuner au 1er et la personne nous a indiqué qu'elle nous préviendrait quand la chambre serait prête. Elle a oublié visiblement et au bout du délais indiqué (vers 15h15), nous sommes repassés à l'acceuil. Le personnel avait changé, les consignes n'était pas passées et il fallu redonner nos informations pour le check-in. En général, dans un hotel de ce standing, on vous monte les bagages quand la chambre est prête et on vous préviens.

Highly recommend this hotel. We did 5 nights with our 1 year old and had a fantastic experience. All of the staff are super friendly and accomodating. The hotel is spotlessly clean and well presented. The standard room we booked was a really good size and had a balcony. The bed was very big and comfy. The bathroom again was a good size and the 2 way shower was very powerful. The Milton Brown toiletries were beautiful. The only slight let down I would say is the green light on the ceiling felt very bright at night but I think this might be a modern emergency thing so you can see to the front door - would be good if you could switch it off as I was worried about it waking the baby, but it was okay. Breakfasts were very tasty and there was enough choice. I personally would have preferred a few more freshly cooked options but to have any at all is more than a lot of hotels usually provide. My only critism is the hash browns and beans were sometimes not that hot - but that's me being incredibly picky. They were still tasty. It is a really quiet hotel as d the pool area is lovely. Oh and it is a great location as it's a couple of minutes walk from the ferry. Personally if I were to come to Malta again I would stay in Valetta as it's much more of a central, travel location for day trips as from Sliema you have to keep getting to Valetta first usually. But if you want Sliema then this hotel is a must!
