I stayed for only one night, from March 7 to March 8. The check-in time is set at 16:00, which is already quite late. Although the information form says that if the room is ready earlier you will be notified so you can check in sooner, this did not happen in my case. If you want to check in earlier, they ask you to pay an additional 40 CHF. At 15:10 I sent a message asking if the room was ready, and the WhatsApp robot replied that it was not, but that I could check in earlier by paying 40 CHF. It felt unreasonable to ask for such a fee for only 50 minutes, especially since it seemed the room was already ready but they simply would not provide access unless I paid extra. At 16:00 I was supposed to receive the access codes by email, but nothing arrived. The WhatsApp robot only sent me a link with several sections such as location details, check-in form, and access information. Under “Access information” it said: “Access to the information will be visible on the check-in day at 4 pm, only if the check-in form has been completed and the payment has been settled.” However, I had already paid on Wednesday and the online check-in form had been completed and accepted. I kept messaging the WhatsApp robot, but it was not helpful at all. Eventually I asked to speak with a real person urgently. At that point Rose joined the conversation and helped me by sending the email with the access codes. Everything on my side was correct, so I do not understand why I never received the email in the first place, while the robot kept telling me to check whether the payment or form had been completed. In the end, I only managed to enter the room at 16:20, which was already very late, and the room was not even properly cleaned. At 15:10 they told me the room was not ready, which was why they could not provide the codes, but when I finally entered at 16:20 it still was not fully clean.

The location right across the Kaserne is great. Close to trams. excellent shopping possibilities nearby.

There were really a lot of cobwebs, no ceiling light, the bed was narrow and worn through - no matter how I tried to lay there always was a spring that was poking me.

Po otrzymaniu kodu z numerem pokoju . Udałem się otworzyć swoj pokój . Pokój był nie posprzątamy. Straciłem godzinę czasu żeby skontaktować się z obsługą . Dostałem nowy pokój. W obiekcie śmierdziało . Nowy pokój również nie był zbyt czysty . Ale na szczęście nie było śmieci po ostatnim lokatorze.

Das Zimmer entspricht nicht dem, was auf der Homepage dargestellt ist: - Toilette bei Bezug verschmutzt - Der Vorhang hat Löcher - Die Dusche und der Duschvorhang ist stark verschmutzt und ev. sogar verschimmelt - das Licht beim Waschbecken funktioniert nicht - es hat zwei Zahnglashalterungen aber keine Zahngläser - es hat für ein Doppelzimmer nur ein Möbel das als Nachttisch bezeichnet werden könnte - die Wände sind teilweise beschädigt - Schranktüren wurden entfernt, die Halterungen sind noch vorhanden
