Azores Inn - Family Suites

The bedding was clean, and it was nice to find snacks and a bottle of water with glasses, shampoo, hair conditioner, hand soap, a sufficient number of towels, even beach towels and a safe for the most valuable items.

Unfortunately, the sound insulation was quite poor: we could hear every step in the staircase and noises from neighboring guests. The air conditioner was leaking onto the cabinet, and the bedside cabinet appeared to be broken. Additionally, we found a large cockroach in the shower, which was quite unpleasant.

Located in the center of the city, close to restaurants

Smell of toilet when entering the property. The room had a bad smell also. The air conditioning was not working properly. Low maintenance of the room (not so clean, broken hair dryer..)

Literie confortable, appartement calme, propre, belle rénovation, situé dans le centre. Nous avons pu nous garer dans la rue. Conforme aux photos

It was in a great location, modern finishing in the hotel room.

There was not a secure place to store luggage. I put my bags in the dining area and the door to the main space locks automatically, but it would have been nice to have a closet or something to keep valuables

The staff was very helpful
