Uman Glamping & Cenote Tulum

Very cool experience in a great location! Beautifully set up glamping! The bathrooms too have a wonderful cozy and also private feeling despite being outside.

The shower water made me feel more dirty than before I took a shower. Breakfast could be better communicated as to how it works.

the rooms are just like the pictures. totally beautiful and as expected. the breakfast, was fresh fruit, and then scrambled egg. very tasty.

the kayaks, could have done with more instructions. I was told paddles were in kitchen area. but couldn't locate, and not sure how a solo traveler could get the board out themselves. Also please note, taxi from ADO bus station I was quoted between 600-800 Mex. this didn't put me off as hotel location was great. just something to bear in mind. Also it rain hard one night, would be great for slightly more cover over the toilet.

The pictures on Booking.com do not do justice to how unbelievable this place is! It is very beautiful part of the world. The Gentino beach is even more gorgeous than the Playa Delfine.

The tents do get a little too hot. The air circulation could be improved a little.

Amazing location right on cenote. Super helpful and friendly staff made us welcome and helped with planning activities.

Wooooow how much we love this place. The manager is soooooo friendly. The guy in the kitchen did for us so good breakfast. And the place is so so so beautiful. They gage us free kayka on the canotes of the place. Was so good. My mom also love it. Its just perfect place and you can enter the beach easy they will tell you where to go its 4 minutes walk

Hard to say goodbye

The area is located away from tourist so if you’re wanting a place to enjoy nature and be at peace this is a perfect location. You can still walk to nearby resort and enjoy the beach and walk about 10 minutes down the road to grab coffee, breakfast, shops, the pharmacy. Convenient location without the overcrowding. The dock is beautiful during the day to see the fishes in the cenote and birds flying.

The air conditioning didn’t work but they provided fans to keep cool during the day and night. It’s a little more run down than the pictures but it’s definitely an outdoor glamping experience.

It was peaceful and calm . Staff was very helpful and friendly. They were very helpful helping with everything we needed.

I liked everything. Wish I had more time to enjoy the weather

The place is stunning! So nice, cozy and relaxing. Everything is clean. What made my stay just amazing was staff! Anwar and the team were sooo nice, helpful and very flexible in many things! They helped with all my questions and needs including early check in, they gave a phone charger (european one doesn’t fit there) and all the other things. Thanks a lot! I am looking forward to coming back again 🫶
