Great quiet area, we were lucky to get lake view.

The air conditioner was noisy, and they only provided 2 sets of towels for 3 people staying in room, when we asked for more they said they didn’t have any! View of lake was nice.

We just left this morning after a 3 night stay. The hotel was in excellent condition. The rooms are beautifully decorated and comfortable. We had a 2nd floor balcony facing Grand Traverse Bay with stunning views.The staff was very kind. The only reason I'm giving this a 4 instead of a 5 rating is because: 1. Our Keurig was not working and not replaced. We were able to get delicious coffee in the lobby. 2. The wall device to hang our clothes on was broken off the wall and we had no place or hangers to hang our clothing. 3. We were unaware that the hotel does not automatically perform daily housekeeping. This is ok as we keep our room clean. However, a quick daily check by the staff to remove trash, replace used towels and replenish toilet paper would have been welcome.

Beautiful and comforting rooms.

When we arrived, our door was propped open. Later, I decided to take shower. There were no bath towels in my room and the room across the hall. We called the front desk and towels were walked up to our room. I showered and started to dry off and noticed a rank smell on the towel. I had my husband smell it and he agreed that they smelles like vomit. I reported it to the front desk . An apology was issued and they were going to talk with housekeeping.

Friendly staff. The rooms were nice for the price, but the facilities were not great getting to the rooms. Our towels smelled strange, like they gave us brand new towels, but never washed them. The rooms didn’t have an iron or ironing board so I had to ask the staff for them. The could only locate an iron so I had to iron my clothes on a table.

Needed a place to stay for one night and this was perfect. I was charged twice upon check-in and the staff quickly recognized it (before me) and refunded the appropriate amount. We spent a little bit extra for a lake view room and it was well worth it! Woke up to a beautiful sunrise!! Enjoyed a trip to the casino as well! Would definitely stay again!

Great hotel! Remodeled, great staff, shuttle to casino, lake views. Perfect!

Awesome hotel (don’t judge by the elevator) Rooms are very pretty and super clean. missing a few things like a hair dryer and washcloths but has a microwave and fridge.

Very clean and quiet rooms with a nice view! Very close to some local wineries and breweries and a nice little walk to the casino!
