The hosts were fantastic, and the design's beauty exceeded our expectations. Everything was smooth from start to finish. The complimentary organic wine was a beautiful touch. They were very welcoming and able to offer suggestions for anything we needed in the local area. The nearby beach was just a few steps away, which was incredible. Very romantic spot! Water is salty in most of the part in the island. Not a drawback about this property, but takes some time to get used to.

This place is just perfect! Wonderful designed room with a local touch, nice outside area and super close walk to a beautiful calm beach (at least in off-season). Host is really cool! Amazing!

Theo and Athina were super kind, attentive and helpful. They gave some amazing tips for places to eat and visit. They take good care of this amazing property. Loved all the little details, loved the beach nearby. There are some stunning places to visit in the area.

Be aware that you can’t eat or drink with glass/ceramic cups by the pool for safety and hygiene reasons. It’s not an issue but just need to consider this if that’s what you like to do!

The Location is very beautiful, quiet, you can use a very beautiful private bio swimmingpool and you can reach via 30 steps a very clear blue water beach (climati beach). The residence Owners are very friendly and helpful with everyhing, They were always there for us if we had a question and they gave us the best advices for Restaurant and boot tours/road trip. The bed in the residence were very comfortable!!!

The property is clean and well-maintained, and the host makes every effort to keep a high standard. The pool is kept clean. A 5-minute walk to the beach.

- Overwhelming list of rules and prohibitions. - An atmosphere of control and supervision. Summary: If you’re looking for a clean place in a convenient location with a nice pool, this place is for you. However, if you’re looking for freedom, you might have some issues. Even before check-in, we received several emails from the hosts, which seemed strange and a bit "overprotective." During check-in, the hosts took 30 minutes to familiarize us with a long list of prohibitions, rules, and restrictions, inadvertently creating an atmosphere of control and supervision. On the first day, my son was playing with a drone and flew it near the pool once. The next morning, when my wife was still sleeping, the hosts appeared on the terrace of our apartment and demanded a meeting with my whole family. I had to wake my wife to find out that we were completely banned from using the drone for the rest of our stay. It seems to me that this situation could have been handled in a less confrontational way. On the same day, the host reported a "no-show" on booking.com. This action was likely intended to prevent us from leaving a review. When I inquired about the incorrect reservation status, the host explained that it was a booking.com error and a "well-known issue with the booking portal in Greece that has been ongoing since June." I didn't believe this explanation, as booking.com is a cloud-based system. It seems that the property has such high ratings because most, or at least some, guests are systematically deprived of the opportunity to leave a review. I contacted booking.com to clarify the situation, and I received confirmation that the reservation had been canceled by the host. Booking.com allowed us to leave a review of the property.
