Narcissos 'Nissi Beach' apartment C12

the apartment is located in a quiet complex, with a swimming pool. The apartment has a huge terrace with sun loungers. there are all kinds of kitchen utensils and a bar glass. the owner very thoughtfully signed all the switches, there are adapters for sockets, extra towels for the pool. also the owner signed a welcome note and left water, juice and some tea and coffee bags as a compliment

It was a bit chilly in the apartment, the air conditioners couldn't give off much heat, but this should only be a concern in winter. Perhaps the air conditioners need cleaning.

Location and rooms were comfortable

The property was very clean but shower hose in the bathroom room was filthy just need replacing minor issue Apart from that it was great

Very well equipped apartment, spacious with lovely large outside terrace. Beds were extremely comfortable. A lot of thought has gone in to providing everything you need, from plenty of utensils, plates, cups and glasses in the kitchen to hand towels, bath towels and towels for the swimming pool. Washing machine proved useful. The outside terrace had dining table, sun loungers and a lovely large and sturdy parasol with a concrete base with wheels, so it could easily be moved around to shield from the sun at anytime of the day. The apartment was extremely clean and had a lovely shower room. The communication from Narcissos Villas was excellent with a visit from a representative of the rental company on the day after we arrived. The swimming pool and pool area was very clean and well maintained with even more sun loungers around the pool. The property had covered car parking too. The location of the property was great, 10-15 minutes walk from Nissi Beach and Vathia Gonia Beach (Sandy Bay), both these beaches were beautiful with crystal clear waters. There were plenty of lovely restaurants nearby within a short walk, starting at less than a 5 minute walk. We walked into the centre of Ayia Napa in around half an hour. There were reasonable supermarkets within a short walk. We had car hire for the duration of our stay and access to the road network was excellent, we used our car to shop at a great hypermarket 'Sklavenitis' in Paralimni. Well located property, car not necessary.

The apartment was perfect for our stay. Clean , well equipped and comfortable. We enjoyed the pool area which during our visit was quiet and calm and shared with a few families. Numerous shops and restaurants just around the corner and a short walk to the beach. Andreas our host could not have been more helpful . His communication from start to finish was superb and any problems were immediately remedied. Due to EasyJet cancelling our flights , we had to slightly alter our dates and book with another airline. Andreas was able accommodate our changed plans and also helped us with car hire. Would love to stay again and would highly recommend.

all was perfect and respectful of the informations obtained before booking. the residence is well located and quiet. the late check in is simple and well organized. special thanks to Andreas for his welcome. he is helpful, available and attentive.

Due Unterkunft ist sehr zu empfehlen! Große Schlafzimmer und großes Bad, Küche und Wohnbereich ist sehr groß und die Terrasse ist ein Traum! Das Apartment C12 würde ich besonders durch die Anordnung der Fenster (keine angrenzenden Wohnungen zur Küche/ Schlafzimmern/ Bad) den anderen Apartments vorziehen. Es waren nicht alle Apartments vermietet während unseres Aufenthaltes, daher war es sehr ruhig und ganz wenig los am Pool. Die Anlage wirkt sehr gepflegt. Parkplatz ist für das Apartment reserviert. Zum Nissi Beach haben wir mit kleinen Kindern ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß benötigt. Es gibt gute Restaurant in der nahen Umgebung. Die Kommunikation/ Schlüsselübergabe war sehr gut. Wir hatten eine wunderschöne zeit und würden jederzeit wieder diese Unterkunft buchen.
