Fresh, modern and clean, smart hotel. It is exactly what it promises. Best choice for a biz trip or for a short leisure trip. Everything is well thought and convenient. Very positively surprised.

Rooms are a bit on the smaller side, and I could only chose between double and twin beds, but it is very comfortable and all is well organized so nothing to complain.

The staff were very smiley and incredibly helpful. The hotel has great facilities, lots of places to chill and the bed was very comfortable. I like the Hotel brand so much that I booked to stay 3 nights in their Hanoi Hotel.

A convenient, modern hotel. Front desk staff speaks good English and helped out with the luggage. Breakfast buffet was amazingly good with a wide selection of fruits

It felt like we were staying in an airport cabin or one of those small city hotels you can’t open windows and feel suffocated. Good for one night or for transit, but if staying longer I would probably recommend the Grand hôtel across the street. The staff were nice but didn’t feel special, they simply treat you like they do in business hotels.
