SpringHill Suites by Marriott Cottonwood

We had a really great stay here at the Springhill Suites. The hotel let us check in early, which was a huge plus. The room was very modern, spacious, and had everything we needed. The beds were super comfortable, and there was also a sofa that was big enough to be used as a twin bed, with bedding provided. I also liked that the room had a microwave, mini fridge, coffee maker, and basic toiletries. The breakfast buffet was one of the best I’ve ever had at a hotel—lots of variety and very well done. The lobby was also convenient, with a little area that sold snacks, drinks (both alcoholic and non-alcoholic), and even toiletries and medicine. The front desk staff was very friendly, check-in was quick, and overall the service was great. I would definitely recommend this hotel and stay here again.

First room smelled awful like dirty stinky feet moved me to a second room that smelled a little better still can smell dirty feet smell and the shower was one of the worst. I’ve experienced the water pressure was the lowest it took forever to rinse off because there was hardly any water coming out Brought it up to management. They did not seem to care. Nothing was done about it. I don’t understand the lack of care in motels/hotels.

We had a lovely time in Cottonwood and staying at the SpringHill Suites made our six nights extra enjoyable! We originally planned only a four night stay, but we felt so comfortable we extended our stay by two extra nights. The staff was extra friendly, caring, and wanting to go the extra mile. Beautiful rooms, nice clean modern facility!

My husband and I stayed the night here to stay close to our outdoor activities in Sedona. The location of the hotel is quiet and safe. As soon as we walked in we were greeted warmly. The room was up clean, updates, and comfortable. The TV greeted us with our names which is a nice personalized touch. The next morning we enjoyed the breakfast provided which has a variety of options. We plan on coming back!

The hotel was clean, staff was available, helpful and friendly. Location is a short drive to historic downtown. Breakfast options were plentiful and warm. (Would have been nice to have coffee in the lobby available until late afternoon.). Pool are could use some potted shade trees. The gas fire pit our front was very relaxing. We will stay again.
