"Good"

Reception staff have limited English and took almost an hour to check us in as they were unable to find our booking in the system despite presenting the Expedia booking confirmation to them. Bed sheets were stained and there is a club nearby which doesn’t stop making loud music so you don’t get any sleep

"A standard hotel near the port in Manado, good for travellers passing through"

The hotel is near the port, which suited us (we were waiting for the boat to Bunaken). It is functional inside, with good wifi etc

The staff are not very friendly and there is no breakfast option

The room was not clean. Sheets and towels had stains on them, found hair in the bed and bathroom had not been cleaned.

"Very friendly and helpful staff"

Friendly and helpful staff. Clean facilities. About 20-25 minute walk to the shops on the seafront. Hot and cold water dispenser on floor corridors. Very good value for money. No restaurant but near some cafes.

No windows.
