Location is good, close to the old town

Bed just felt apart, see photo There were no internet, spider's web around in the corners. You have dishwasher and washing machine, but you couldn't use it since there are no washing powder or capsules for washing machine. One of the window blinds in living room is broken and couldn't close. All of this could be tolerated for some extent, but the most basic need is bed which was a disaster. It was felling apart and just broke down.

Unfortunately, we only stayed one night before going home the next day, but the accommodation was really nice. Tidy, clean and fresh. The beds were super comfortable. Walking distance to the old town. We never met the host but check in was super easy. Can really recommend this place. Will happily book this accommodation again next time we come to Zadar.

It was difficult to find a parking space because it is in the middle of town and overcrowded with cars.

We needed to use the sofa bed but it wasn't set up and we couldn't work out how it unfolded to a bed

Property was advertised as sleeping 6; there were only 3 chairs. Light bulbs in kitchen were not working. There was insufficient hot water; turned cold after only one shower. No kitchen towels provided.

We were deeply disappointed with both the room and the host during our stay: 1. Cigarette Odor in Bedroom: Upon check-in at around 5pm, we were shocked to discover a strong cigarette odour in the bedroom with a balcony. This was alarming because one of our group members had asthma, and the smell almost triggered an asthma attack upon entering the room. Despite the property being non-smoking, our call to the property agency for assistance was unhelpful. The property manager lady insisted the smell came from outside, even though we repeatedly told her that all windows and the balcony door were firmly shut. The lady tried to shrug it off and merely suggested we “open the windows” and “use air refreshers” to get rid of the smell. We asked if free cancellation could be provided or if we could stay in one of their other properties but the lady informed us she wouldn’t do any of that and told us to talk to booking.com instead. The smell did not go away until after midnight (after keeping the windows open and spraying half a can of deodorant). 2. Host's Disregard: Our contact with the property agency was met with a dismissive response. The agency representative, who is a smoker herself, disregarded our concerns about the cigarette odour. Her insensitive attitude left us feeling disrespected and ignored. 3. Shower Drain Structural Issue: The bathroom had a clogged shower drain, causing water overflow despite our efforts to use the shower carefully. Even lots of towels did not help. 4. Inadequate Cooling: In the scorching August heat, the sole air conditioner in the living room proved insufficient. We max-ed out the a/c but it wasn’t powerful enough for the cold air to reach the bedroom. We kept the bedroom door open but it wasn’t too helpful. 5. Parking Challenges: Finding a parking space was a hassle as the shared parking spaces were occupied upon our arrival.
