Nomad Apartments in Bohem Barranco by Wynwood-House

Es UN barrio muy tranquilo y El departamento muy cómodo.

Creo que sería bueno que Toda la información pongan en algún letrero impreso visible. Y que SE deje la información en la recepcion con anterioridad porque Al llegar no tebiamos internet y solo El Numero de la reserva y nos demoramos mucho en poder conectarnos y acceder Al department

Clean, modern, well-outfitted Barranco apartment. Bed was really nice. A bit noisy but overall a good place to be safe safe and convenient in beautiful Barranco!

beautiful apartment only 15 minute walk to the beach, 10 minutes walk from beautiful areas of Barranco area of Lima, wonderful location. Unfortunately during our visit there was kango hammers outside our bedrooms going as a new pavement and road surface was being laid on street outside apartment, but that shouls not be an issue for any future guests. Wonderful pre arrival communication, would highly recommend this apartment

no wifi in bedrooms and very slow service in living room. I reported this to very attentive manangement of the apartment so hopefully this will improve in the future, this is the only negative with otherwise wonderful apartment.

Easy check in, awesome efficiency in getting arrangements and reply from the staff.

Not to the properties fault... Extremely long 3 months road construction outside until June 25 where cars can't access. Hard to transport luggages along the dirt and gravel street to the main road. Guests from other units were playing loud music till 2, 3 am. Might be a cultural thing there.

Apartment has some serious noise issue with clubs and bars downstairs. What made it worse was how the customer service of Wynwood dealt with the concern, i was told it was already mentioned in the listing, which clearly wasn't at that time, upon confronting this i was sent a screenshot of the listing that said Bar was 2 minutes away and somehow it was my fault because that I booked the apartment in the first place, moreover the window wouldn't close all the way and remained open for all the noise to get inside, they said someone would come and fix the window and guess what during my 7 day stay, no one came, despite me asking for it multiple times. Everything about this company is a scam. They don't care about the business you bring to them, most listings are misleading, they will tell you there's a laundry facility on the site and there wouldn't be anything in the apartment (despite clearly having a washing machine in the pictures). Wynwood be responsible and get better staff who know how to treat your guests.

The location was very nice. You could not see the ocean but you could hear it and feel the ocean breeze. It was a short and easy walk to the center of Barranco. We had a three bedroom apartment, one with a private bathroom and two with a shared bathroom. The rooms were nice. We used cross ventilation to cool the rooms down which was possible due to the ocean breeze. Breakfast was not included but there are nice places in town to eat.

There is no elevator. The receptionists carried my two, heavy suitcases up and down the stairs. It seems that the apartment had a small water tank. There would be hot water that you had to add cold water to and then it would go completely cold. Then you had to turn off the cold water and wait for the hot water to return. Washing and rinsing your hair might mean doing this a couple of times.
