A beautiful Inn with great staff and a wonderful breakfast.

A little pricey for the location

Top notch place, comfort and value. Breakfast was delicious and homemade. All the essentials for a hearty, great start to the day breakfast. Location was fantastic for us since we wanted to explore all the things the two largest Finger lakes have to offer. Best of all that stands above everything else is their personal touch and hospitality. One particular moment sums it all up. My wife had accidentally left some personal items behind. We were already so far away that couldn't go back, but Drew at the Inn was able to track the items down and personally went down to the post office to ship them to us! That's a personal touch I really didn't expect but I should have actually, since the moment we stepped foot at the Inn it really was a white glove experience from the start and of course even after we left! Lori was an amazing host as well and we felt immediately at home with her, in fact it was her childhood home, so no wonder she and Drew treat everyone as true guests to their home. Thank you Lori and Drew!

Excellent service. Check in was smooth, staff was kind and very accommodating. Breakfast was fantastic.

Just returned from a quick 2 night stay at the Benn Conger Inn. We stayed in the Dutchman Suite which was extra large and spotless. Shelley the innkeeper is a gem. Always there to greet you and make sure you have everything you need for a memorable stay. The highlight is her breakfast. This morning in addition to the usual buffet items of breads, muffins, fresh fruit, yogurt etc...there was also a fresh baked berry croissant casserole and cinnamon roll french toast. This is just the beginning because it is followed by whatever style of eggs you'd like with your choice of potatoes, bacon or sausage. We are already thinking about a return trip. Thank you Shelley!

The only thing was there were no spoons in the room to stir coffee and there wasn’t any regular sugar.

The history and art in this house is amazing. Our suite was huge, beautiful and comfortable. The breakfast was amazing. The owners were kind, knowledgeable and accommodating.

I was traveling with my children to Canada and stopped in the Finger Lakes Region for an evening. Even before we got there the family reached out to make sure all of our needs were met. When we did arrive we were greeted on the porch and welcomed inside with the history of the home. My daughter who is a huge history buff loved the information. Our suite was perfect and super comfortable. Every detail was taken care of. The next morning we were treated to an excellent breakfast: made to order eggs, potatoes and choice of meat, waffles, fruit, yogurt, cereal, muffins, bread, bagels, juices, coffee, and tea. Anything and everything you could ask for. We will definitely be back. It was such a lovely stay.

Everything was perfect upon arrival. Shelly made sure we were comfortable and was extremely helpful and attentive. The property was very quiet, great for a good night's sleep after hiking. We were in the Dempsey suite and enjoyed the porch with a view of rabbits and deer in the morning and evenings. Breakfast was delicious. Depending on the day there was a combination of fresh fruit, muffins, waffles and cinnamon bun French toast, as well as eggs cooked to order daily. The location worked great for exploring all the lakes and state parks in the area. Ithaca was 20 minutes away for any type of restaurant or store one would need.

The only suggestions to make a great stay even better, would be to have a variety of pillow options and to have a non-pork/beef breakfast meat like turkey/chicken or veggie sausage on hand for guests who don't eat pork/beef. These are things that have been available at other places we've stayed.
