I was tricked by booking.com or maybe the hotel set it up that way to clash with Holiday Inn Express. I was in a state of exceptional mental duress. The last thing I wanted was to be tricked into booking this facility. I did not check in. My request for refund was set aside as this was against the policy. I walked then into holiday inn next door and stayed the night. Money made when I was miserable sounds unfair to me hence my ratings.
