The tean at the restaurant was great. They anticipated my needs quite well. On my 1st day, i had difficulty choosing which food to eat as I was adjusting to Indian food and they offered options like egg. Also, I dropped my phone outside the entrance and noticed only 15-30mins later while I am going somewhere. I called the reception and Abhishek kindly help me find the phone! I feel the whole team showed excellent customer service. Highly recommend this property.

"Don’t bother unless you like to stay in a sess pit."

Nothing except the fact they eventually paid my £1600 back after I refused to stay there after a very long flight.

Everything. Room was untidy and unclean. The aircon extremely noisy, the staff spoke to us like rubbish.
