Room was not cleaned problem, hair on the bed, in sheets. Hair in bathroom on floor. Very unhygienic. They have us No toilet paper, no soap, and bathing gel. When we arrived, card didn't swipe on door and they said it was sorted out, I had to go back to reception late at night to sort out. Very inconveniencing.
