Il Giardino degli Oleandri

Excelente casa, menos de 10 min de carro do centro de Porto Cervo. A casa que eu fiquei era bem espaçosa, quarto amplo. Eu gostei muito da casa e do atendimento da hospedagem. Tem estacionamento gratuito no local. A cozinha é equipada para que você prepare suas refeições. Tem lavanderia que pode ser usada por todas as casas do condomínio. Só um ponto que tinha que ficar atento é a questão que para a retirada do lixo , tinha horário e era um pouco restrito. É preciso se programar para recolher o lixo na coleta seletiva no horário que funcionava. Eu super indico essa residência. O atendimento e a comunicação foram excelentes.

The appartement was on lower ground floor, a bit dark. It smelled musty like in a damp cellar. The bathroom was worn and needs urgent renovation. A better room was not available. We had to pay for our 8 year old boy 500€ extra fee, but we are still struggling to receive an invoice.

- not recommended if you search for a self catering accommodation (kitchen really small, induction hob but only two plates working + not all pots worked on the induction hob, knifes not sharp, no salt and pepper) - only bath tub/no shower (as shown on the pictures), however we did not expect that there was not even an opportunity to hang the shower head - small flies in the kitchen and bathroom - musty smell and mold in the bathroom - toilet brush super dirty - lumpy mattress
