The extra bed had moldy mattresses as you can see in the pictures. We were given a basement that was not listed. The apartment in the basement has no doormat at the entrance to the outside, it was raining so we brought everything into the apartment, there is no canopy in front of the separate entrance and no handrail on the stairs. The apartment windows have no mosquito nets or protection. Open it and a rat will come in. Coffee capsules are charged extra. In addition to paying for the capsule, you also have to fill the coffee machine and water yourself. There is no place to hang a towel or a shelf to leave things when you shower. There is a sewage shaft in the room that often makes noises and the room smells terrible from that shaft and siphon. The facility had private parking, which we paid 20 euros for. In other words, the facility permanently rented 2 parking spaces from the city for 4 cars parked across. It's not worth the money and parking somewhere that's narrow and narrow and you just have to wait and see who's going to pick on whom. We paid for parking and it is managed as organized, but you don't have access to a charging station that they can charge freely for EVs because that is obviously nonsense. The staff is ignorant and not familiar with the chargers at the reception. Two main chargers nearby are faulty or blocked. You pay for parking and get organized half of a proper parking space.
