We had a truly excellent stay at IntercityHotel Dortmund. The hotel is brand new, modern, and spotless in every area. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the exceptional cleanliness — even the corridors smelled wonderfully fresh all day long. The location is perfect, right in the center of Dortmund and next to the main train station, making it extremely convenient for exploring the city. The parking facilities are also very practical and easy to use for guests traveling by car. Our room was very comfortable, with a good amount of space, excellent soundproofing, and perfect temperature control throughout our stay. Despite being in such a central location, the room was impressively quiet, allowing for a very relaxing sleep. We also appreciated the thoughtful amenities such as the kettle and mini fridge in the room. The breakfast was rich, fresh, and of very high quality, with plenty of options to choose from. One of the highlights of our stay was definitely the staff — professional, welcoming, friendly, and always willing to help with a smile. Overall, this hotel offers an outstanding combination of comfort, cleanliness, location, and service. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Dortmund.

Everything was perfect!! Honestly, nothing negative to mention. One of the best hotel experiences we’ve had in recent years. We have already started looking for IntercityHotels in other cities after this stay.
