La ubicación es perfecta. El personal es muyyy amable y tienen muchos detalles con el huésped ( había botellitas de agua a disposición, te dejan a la llegada tmb unos snacks y nos invitaron a un desayuno en un local cercano)

La habitación que tuvimos, era una suite Junior pero era muy muy pequeña. Un poco claustrofica. No había mucho espacio para las maletas y el pequeño armario para dos personas se quedaba corto. Lo del ascensor ya se sabe pero entiendo que es cosa del edificio y no tiene mucho que ver.

"Parfait pour un voyage de travail: Au calme et dans un lieu bien déservi en transports en commun"

Idéalement situé près du métro Sol. Chambre simple et au calme (4eme étage donnant sur le puits/cour interieur). Personnel super réactif (questions whatsapp etc).

Ascenseur lent et étroit. Claustrophobes, mettez vos valises à l'intérieur et montez à pieds

"Super séjour en famille au plein centre de Madrid"

L’hôtel en plein centre ville mais sans un bruit, juste à côté de la station de métro. Chambre très belle et pratique avec des enfants.

Rien attention ascenseur très petit mais on peut mettre notre valise.
