Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. As a guest of Locale, you are also a guest of the residential community your apartments belong to. We strive to provide our guests with an exceptionally clean, safe, and friendly experience. The following House Rules have been established based on industry standards, management and operational procedures. These rules are considered a part of our reservation agreement with you. As our guest, you are agreeing to abide by all of our House Rules, terms and conditions, and procedures. This Guest Agreement is made by and between Locale Hospitality, Inc. and the guest as of the date last set forth on the signature page of this Agreement. For good and valuable consideration, the sufficiency of which is acknowledged, the parties hereby agree as follows. House Rules: 1. Smoking or vaping of any kind is not allowed anywhere on premise. A 500 dollars fee will be accessed for smoking in the room, balcony, or on property. 2. Pets are not allowed. For any guests that are found with a pet that did not receive approval, a 200 dollars deep cleaning fee will be assessed. We encourage guests with service animals to contact us before their stay. 3. Please respect our neighbors. No parties or excessive noise allowed. This property may use Noise ware technology to ensure the comfort and security of our guests. Noise violations after a first warning may result in immediate eviction without refund. 4. Guests must return all key fobs, parking passes, physical keys, or any other items that were supplied at checkin. A 150 dollars replacement fee will be charged per item lost. 5. If you notice anything that presents a danger that could result in damage to the location or to any individuals, let us know immediately. 6. Our property partners may implement video surveillance in public areas to ensure the safety and security of all guests. 7. Please check out by 11 am unless otherwise agreed. We reserve the right to assess a 25 dollars penalty per 30 minutes beyond 11 am until 3 pm for any unsanctioned late checkout. After 3 pm, guests will be responsible for the full daily rate. 8. You may be subject to additional identity verification screens, as our apartments are located within secured residential communities. 9. No more than six unrelated persons may be in the apartment at any time, per city short term rental regulations. 10. Guests must be at least 21 years of age to book a reservation and check in at Locale properties. No access codes will be issued to youth under 21 at any time. 11. When you make a reservation with us, you are agreeing to all of the House Rules listed above. You must also acknowledge the views and furniture packages may differ slightly from the photos.
