This is the best location in Tuguegarao. With restaurants and fastfood walking distance. Very near the mall, though, due to our brief stay, we were not able to explore on foot. The hotel is nice and clean

the shower grouts not so clean. maybe cleaners can clean the grouts with a brush. to make it more appealling and cleaner.
