Kempston Suites Liverpool Apartment 10

The property was spacious, it was modern, very comfortable and would definitely recommend staying here. The facilities are easy to use, the owner and the maintenance were amazing, very friendly and gave us recommendations for parking. Very helpful, overall was lovely.

The only thing was it was cold, but there are heaters and there are extra blankets which were clean and comfortable.

It was very spacious and clean, even for just staying by myself it really surpassed my expectations!

Some of the heaters were not working so it was chilly at times but a plug in heater was provided already ready in the apartment when I got there to help

Location is good,

Host is unavailable all the time for communication not a single staff for resolving issues,inspite of repeated calls and messages no response from host, Heaters in property were not working, I wanted spare garbage bags ,host promised to resolve these issues, during our stay for 7 days absolutely no maintenance nor any assistance, very pathetic service, not recommended.

The smell from the bin room on the ground floor permeates the whole building! Absolutely disgusting. Lack of sockets in bedroom, needed to plug in phones etc in kitchen.

Good location. Only 10 minutes ´s walk from Lime Street train station and city center. The apartment is modern and comfortable with a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, washer, dryer, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster…). A modern bathroom. The place was spotless. Easy access to the property.

- The spare bed was impossible to use due to its very poor quality (luckily the sofa was convertible). - The wifi did not work properly and neither did the TVs (the signal was out of range or to far anyway?) And despite many attempts to reach the host, they never answered or got back to us. - the bedroom does not have a door.
