"It's basically a 2 star hotel with Hyatt branding"

Please avoid - services are like that of a 2 star hotel despite it being a Hyatt brand. They will forget what you ordered and in most cases you get only 2/3 items you ordered in your room. Very difficult for them to accomodate basic requests like takeaway breakfast (even if you're willing to pay), room upgrade (no benefits of being a world of Hyatt member), bed sheets/towels generally dirty. It is a leadership issue.
