No lift and no laundry outlet nearby.

Excellent location, spacious, wonderful view

No washing machine. Cleanliness needs improvement. No pan, only one worn-out pot without pan is available, you can only make instant noodle in the kitchen. Semporna is packed with tourists nowadays. The service of the restaurants become very bad. The new is reporting many cases of food poisoning and it is true. 5 of us got food poisoning after eating dinner at restaurant Cham chuan kee 詹全记!

The location of the house is very, very good. It is just upstairs from Fat Ma Seafood. It is a distribution point for island hopping tourists. You can go upstairs and go home directly after getting off the boat.

Review for semporna Summary: Horrible condition. Dirty, not organized and disgusting. We walked in, the fridge, the rice cooker and rubbish bins were not clean, in fact there were food left in them and has mold all over, inside the fridge, on the dishes etc. Couldn’t unsee all the disgusting leftovers left in the fridge and kitchen. The kitchen not to mention was disgusting. Coffee stain on the kitchen top, table, cabinet, it was sticky, brown and just disgusting. Then the floor, bathroom and general cleanliness. Basically the floor was dirty, the bathroom has hair on the floor and sink, no toilet papers in the bathroom. Lastly, we then realized there were no towels, had to call them to bring everything. Maybe we were bad luck, they never came in to clean before we walked in. But I would absolutely never come back to this place again. Moldy monster is here to haunt.

Anything was broken they will manage on the spot👍
