nice view, close to the center of the castle, clean accommodation

we were accommodated twice, the first time in May with my husband and everything was fine, but the second time also with children and there were ants in the apartment and an unpleasant smell in the kitchen.

good location

smelly(drains)rooms, lumpy settee, ants all over the work surface, broken bedroom door handles, broken sink tap, blocked kitchen sink and no effort made to make our stay more comfortable.

The location

The entrance to the complex is shocking. We were surrounded by large rubbish bins, back of smokey restaurants, bad smell, The steps going up to apartment were dirty. Our apartment door kept on jamming. Bad sewage odor in one room of our apartment.

Dirty floor and walls, no internet, door handles falling off from doors. Door not closing properly, humidity and smell in the flat.

Location was good

Original room had no WIFI and the oven door was missing. To be fair the management moved us quickly to another room after admitting they knew the oven door was missing. The original room had a lovely view of the harbour and we ended up in a room with a view of the carpark. On checking prices on the internet we were moved to a room which was cheaper to rent! The new room had only 1 wine glass, no t towels and bizarrely in an apartment for 4 people only had 3 outside chairs. The sofa which was a sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable and the springs could be felt sticking through. On the second floor with no lift so be prepared if you have a heavy suitcase.

Great location, very clean & new. Auto check-in with door code. Very responsive staff. Everything was great, very comfortable. A few blocks from a big grocery store was convenient. We had a very nice stay. Enjoyed the balcony with Marina view.

Just know the apt is up 2 flights of stairs, which was not an issue for us. We did not need a/c, but please note the button to turn on power is near floor. I liked that power was off to appliances until ready to use.

to be honest the location was the only attractive thing about this place

very small. bathroom and dangerous, no slip mat on the floor or in the shower and the door was faulty, not good when I’m with my husband and father.no cleans towels our whole stay and we couldn’t turn off the air con, toaster tripped the electric every time we turned it on. no instructions on how we worked anything, cooker, air con etc
