Stylish 4 Br/2ba Renovated Home Near Downtown

Large house with big back yard and plenty of beds for our stay. Good location and plenty of space to park cars.

The floor was not baby friendly. A lot of the laminate wood was loose and sharp and my daughter cut her foot while crawling. Not ideal. There was barely enough towels for our family of 10 so could have done with more supply. Also the living area needs a lot more furniture to sit and relax on. A couch and 2 armchairs was not enough for 9 adults to sit around. And there's plenty of space in the living area for more, bit dissappointing. The door code was difficult to operate and would not open on several occasions. There's a real knack to it to open, it should not be that difficult. We had to pay a security deposit of $350 (no problem) but it took some time to be refunded. I needed to chase it up. We also had to pay a $40 charge to rent a pack'n'play for our daughter to sleep in as we travelled from Ireland so no crib for her. I thought this might have been included in the price as it wasn't cheap for 4 nights.

I loved the property. It was very spacious & clean. Had more than enough room for me & my family.

I really liked the inside of the house, it is very open and the rooms and beds were so comfortable. also the dishes and all the amenities were such a good touch too

the WiFi really sucks and that’s pretty much the only part about the property that was bad. other than that it was very great all around

Love the communication and the property everything was super clean when we got there and user-friendly it was perfect for our first family vacation.

Do not stay here!! The home is in the ghetto. We were afraid to leave our car out all night. not only that but the communication with the management company is terrible. They sent us multiple emails and phone calls asking for the same registration card to be completed....we had already completed! We arrived at the house on Christmas day and the door code did not work. I then had to argue with the management company on the phone about the multiple times we had sent in the info they required but they couldn't find. We stood outside in the dark for 20 minutes....in the ghetto! Beds were comfy and home was clean but sofa was a futon and extremely uncomfortable. There is also no oven in the lovely renovated kitchen!! So on Christmas day we were unable to cook and were unable to buy take out....because everything was closed. Horrible experience all round.
