The walls were thin

The staff was super nice, the location was awesome, and the room was very clean! Having a full fridge in the room was great! I brought my dog with me and they have great areas for potty breaks. The staff put me in a room right next to a flight of stairs down to the pet area, which was so nice of them to think of that.

The bedding was unfortunately so cheap feeling and uncomfortable. It sounded like there was a plastic cover on the mattress that was rather obnoxious to listen to. Definitely bring your own toiletries because they don't offer much. One small bar of soap and a little bottle of shampoo. The towels were like sandpaper. For the price, I wasn't expecting super high end linens and an abundance of toiletries, but they could really benefit by upgrading just a bit. Lotion and hair conditioner would have been nice. The worst part of the stay though was the motion activated lights in the room that I could not turn off fully. Every time my dog got out of bed in the night, the lights would come on and I'd have to get up and turn them off manually. Obviously didn't sleep well either night. That really ruined my experience.

Interstate traffic noise

They are honest and friendly. The guests seem happy. Really good minimalist accommodations with no frills and nothing missing. There is a vending machine with reasonable prices and no coffee or anything extra. Beautiful sunset.

Parking did get tough late at night, yet really not impossible. The neighborhood is an industrial park with a lot of regulations and the closest food was a long ways.

The false advertisement about being super pet friendly. The place is ONLY dog friendly. Cats not allowed. And I didn't find out until I was trying to check in. Lost over $100 for something not my fault.

There were very loud residents partying until 4 a.m. Prevented me from sleeping.

Location

Yapping dogs all day and night which no one did anything about or even offer a new room, refused refund. Got no sleep.
