"سيئه لن تكرر ولن اوصي بالفندق على الاطلاق"

الخدمة سيئه جدا الغرفه غير نظيفه والسرير ريحة المفارش والمخدات بيض سسيئه جدا لدرجه اني ما قدرت انام بالسرير اصلا , البلكونه غير نظيفه الارض كلها غبار ووساخه، الخدمه سيئه مافيه اهتمام بالكلاينت ريحه الغرفه والاسياب سيئه مافي فواحات مافي نظافه اخر مرا اكرر التجربه , بالاضافه لموقف الغرفه طلبت ارقي الغرفه واخذ الجناح البانورومي بسبب غلط الموظف اخذت الجناح التنفيذي وقالوا انه كله مطل ع البحر ولما اتصلت عليهم قالوا نفس صور بوكنق ولما دخلت كانت اطلاله جزئيه وجمبي عماره بتنتبي والخصوصيه صفر ولما كلمتني موظفه الاستقبال تضحك وتقول صور بوكتق مثال مو اكيده ميه ميه !! قلتلها انا طلتكم ترسلون لي صوره الجناح قبل الحجز وقلتوا زي صور بوكنق عموما تجربه سيئه من جميع النواحي
