Nice hotel and we enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was good with nice choices, but Fruit wasnt the best bananas always brown and fruit looked pale.... Parking is right next door but expensive and no discounts for hotel guests. location was fab and staff very friendly. We would stay again. Room was cleaned and tidied every day. Only bad part was the water pressure is very weak

Warm, friendly and professional staff. The amenities are excellent and had a high standard of cleanliness. It’s super convenient to restaurants and tourist attraction. Definitely intend to visit again

We stayed for the convenience to the SkyTower. Ethan was on duty when we checked in and as we're IHG Rewards members, he upgraded us. He couldn't have been nicer or more accommodating. It was a long flight, long day and he was very kind. He really gets customers service. We were able to valet the car which was great. We walked to the tower for dinner. It's a few blocks, but still convenient. We had breakfast the next morning and Piyu was great. She took very good care of us. They had warned us they were about to shut down the buffet. My husband and I were checking on something on our trip, so it was a few minutes but I went up there to get some more jam but they had taken it up...the man there was very rude and was like, didn't they tell you, well, yes, but...Piyu stepped in and said no worries, just let me know what you need and she got it for me. She gets customer service, he did not. I didn't get his name, but he needs some more training. The breakfast was great choices with eggs, bacon, fruit, cereals, etc...We walked to the church after breakfast, it's a few blocks up. The room was comfy and was a suite with Welcome fruit. It was only one night and we were on our way to Wellington but would stay there again.

Very comfortable bed and pillows. Nice room and bathroom. Great location to everything. Great service.

An excellent hotel , modern, great interior design. I prefer smaller hotels this is great. It’s got a very good rooftop bar, high end fit out and ideally located in AKLK CBD. There is also a very good bakery open early for breakfast across the road called Hollywood Bakery.

It was a comfortable stay. Rooms were soundproof which is nice. Parking is available at $59NZ per night at the Wilson next door (though should be offered at a discount rate). Breakfast was nice. Especially the coffee.

Modern, well appointed hotel. We had a fantastic view over the Viaduct and city. Easy walk to the Viaduct for dinner.
