House Of Juniper - The Manse

The room was too small for two people and luggage. Hard to function. Breakfast was same porridge every day.

Despite the branding, this is not a luxury accommodation. I had to get a room last minute after another property cancelled. For the high nightly rate, there were a number of amenities that this property lacks. There is no shampoo or conditioner in the room, Only two pillows, no mini fridge, no daily housekeeping. These are all things that come standard even in budget hotels. At this price point, I would also expect a hot breakfast (not flavorless overnight oats and stale pre packaged pastries). There is coffee in the rooms but only a few mugs and spoons that you’ll need to reuse. This is a beautiful property and the staff were all very nice but it is terrible value and absolutely not luxurious.
