Great base for working. Clean and warm comfy beds plenty of room so if needed had our own space. On door step to local amenities

The quality of the linen and towels.

The beds need replacement - while they were clean they were well used, mattresses compressed and springs could be felt in them. The brand of mattress was from a company ceased trading prior to 2017, so mattresses may be at least 7 years old. I raised the state of the mattresses on day one,  and was told they are 'orthopaedic' mattresses. They might be,  but they are old and ceased being comfortable. They may have been purchased as hotel grade but Hotels generally change their mattresses every 3--5 years to ensure a comfortable sleep. Each bed had only one towel provided,  not the two that appears in the photos. Very basic set-up: only six of everything, except for Outdoor furniture - only 2 seats and a small table, certainly not outdoor seating for 6 people. Tired, flooring worn, cabinetry damaged from steam and heat. Cheap fit out from six years ago now showing its age. Not a well-fitted kitchen as claimed when their isn't even drawers for cutlery,  it's stored  in a drawer insert on a shelf  at knee-height, inside a cupboard. Ststing 'Free parking possible nearby' means driving around for 30 minutes before you find a park on the street then walking twenty minutes to the accommodation. So be prepared for the Parking frustration - you've come here to see Portsmouth not look for a park!! There is NO safe location at the property to even double park and unload luggage and passengers.

Too expensive for 2 nights £380.

Spacious, very clean house. Everything we needed for our break. several fans around the house which was fantastic. Perfect for what we wanted and we were able to add another member to the party as there was plenty of room

Parking can be a nightmare. If you haven't parked in the road by 6pm you are not likely to find a space. Not the owners fault, as per most cities in the UK the roads were built when a famiy had 1 car at the most.

The beds were clean and comfy

The shower was dirty and the water didn’t work properly,the WiFi was horrible and there was barely any space to park

It was spacious and had a good location , great management, happy to help at any time

Lack of parking, the cooker, oven and bathroom could have been cleaned to a better standard

Beautiful house, comfortable bedding.

Parking at night was really really bad. After fiddling nearly one hour, we parked in a double yellow line and just moved it before 7am. Very inconvenient! Ideally there would be a dryer (not only washer)
