Frukosten var bra. Ligger fint vid vattnet.

Vi är ett äldre par som har svårt att gå. Jag missade att boka parkering men det fanns en parkering ledig på andra sidan bron men det var en jobbig promenad.

"Jag kommer välja ett annat hotell nästa gång."

Jag behövde ett kylskåp en natt. Personalen kunde inte hjälpa till. De var inte hjälpsamma, kreativa och tillmötesgående utan svarade på ett inlärt sätt att bara mediciner kunde få kylförvaring. Det stod en tom glasskyl i lobbyn som var i igång och helt tom hela natten. Maten fick slängas, uruselt ur miljösynpunkt, trist attityd. Hjälper inte med tillrättalagd artighetsröst. Parkeringen på en grusplan långt borta var alldeles för dyr.

Superfint hotell, härliga rum med fin utsikt. Läget är kanon. Frukosten får högsta betyg.

Att rooftop-baren inte var öppen pga personalbrist. Vädret var okej. Uppbokad relax. En dryckesstation på frukosten så det var konstant kö.

Behövde och förväntade mig en fungerande dusch. Bad redan initialt receptionen om att få duschmöjligheter, inför ett möte efter lång bilresa. Men personal svarade att de inte fanns någon kompetens att möjliggöra det. Förväntade mig att betald garageplats a' 290, kr/natt skulle vara normal. Ytterst svårparkerad mellan tre triangulärt placerade grova betongpelare. Det gick inte att backa in mellan två betongpelare (då körde jag på den tredje bakom dem). Svårt att även köra in med indragna backspeglar och vrida av från en tredje betongpelare bakom och emellan de förstnämnda.
