Oyster House

The hotel has been recently redecorated. Has a good reputation. Staff were friendly and helpful. Parking is limited to the Pay as you go car parks unless you can find a rare parking space on the road outside. Overlooks the sea from the back. Our room overlooked the road on the opposite side of the hotel but this wasn’t an issue for us as it was quiet.

A lovely small hotel located just off a pedestrianised area on The Mumbles. The hotel itself was beautifully furnished and maintained to a very good standard. The hotel room was modern and had everything you needed for a stay. Staff were very helpful and the restaurant looked fabulous but it wasn’t serving food the night we were there, which was a shame. There were plenty of food places nearby though. The only downside, and totally out of the hotels control, was the cost of parking. The hotel has no parking for guests but there is a pay and display a short walk away which is quite pricey for a nights stay. We paid £22 for a nights parking.

We really enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and very comfortable. The hotel is close to places to visit and eat. The bathroom was great. The sheep was an added benefit, which we really liked. The only issue we had was the communication. The night before our stay, there was a mistake with the invoice. I couldn't get through to anyone and left 2 messages, but no one replied or phoned back. Also, i asked for soya/oat milk in the room, as there was a fridge with a little bottle of cows milk in the room, and this never happened. I think the hotel just needs someone to actually look at messages and emails, the hotel communication just gets lost at the bar.

Great hotel with super facilities. Easy check in and helpful staff. Room comfy. Balcony and sea view requested and this was a nice added extra.

Spotlessly clean hotel with fabulous rooms and facilities. Staff were so friendly and couldn't do enough for you. Highly recommended!

This is a lovely small hotel that has easy access to everything around Mumbles. The hotel is beautiful and comfortable and very quiet. We had a lovely view of the church. Heated towel bar, heated floors, great restaurant too.

Fantastic location and the rooms are all beautifully decorated

Easy check in at restaurant. Room was fabulous with own patio but unfortunately this had not been cleaned properly from previous guests. Location of the hotel is fantastic. We didn't eat in the hotel as had already made other arrangements but the bar area looked lovely .

Staff were excellent. The location is perfect. Loved it.
