Not the best view from 1st floor but a lovely clean and well appointed room.

It was a beautiful room. The view was beautiful. The staff were friendly and professional . Unfortunately the bedding was dirty (rusty marks?) The room was way too hot even after turning the air conditioner down. Apart from that it was good.

Another great stay in a clean and comfortable wonderfully located hotel.

Modern hotel close to pubs and restaurants with a sea front position Good breakfast with table service which makes a nice change these days

Room was extremely noisy at about 2am as a number of guests were running through the hotel shouting and yelling - shower in room 1 was cold.

Lovely room with good detail- loved the water and milk in fridge and coffee supplies etc. my only 2 slights in the stay was the lack of conditioner in bathroom (if it says toiletries included, please please include conditioner!) and the fact that the shower was too hot to put my head under, even on the coolest setting! As there was nobody around at 6am (understandably not manned as a boutique hotel rooms with restaurant) I couldn’t report it and had to go to my conference un-showered! Other than that very much liked the place

The hotel is very nice but there is lots of construction at present on the seafront. Our room was very comfortable, staff very helpful, great breakfasts
