Manila Crown Palace Hotel

The hotel was good. You can access nearby Jeepny, just across the street. You can walk to Pedro Gil LRT station (10 minit). The area was a few block from Robinson Place Mall . A lot of Restaurants and Night Club. The staff was nice and helpful.

The toilet area need to be fix. It easily filled with water.

Big rooms, huge windows, cheap, good location (close to a huge mall), the employees were wonderful and friendly.

I was in three separate rooms at different times, and none of them had hot water in the shower. My first room was literally infested with bugs, and I had to switch rooms quickly. The other two rooms had bugs but was at least acceptable. The building was old, and the ceilings and walls of the rooms had holes and mold on them. Water dripped from the ceiling in some places. Booking.com states that the hotel accepts credit card, but they don't, which was unfortunate because I had to get much more cash advances via my credit card, which of course costs a significant amount of money each time. My last room didn't have a TV or fridge, although I paid for a room that was suppose to have them.

Large rooms. Hot shower. City view. Very Accessible.

Hot water supply was gone a night before we checked out.

Very dirty.

Very dirty. There are any cockroaches in the room.
