Tv doesnt have signal,,and they said daily housekeeping but they didn't clean the whole week of our stay,,wifi connection slow too

location is near Robinson Manila, which is convenient

already sent messages to confirm my stay but hotel not keep the room then ask me to spent extra 500 peso to upgrade, and the upgrade room not very clean

Location was good

The greatest disappointment was when I arrived at the hotel around 6.30pm, I was told that my confirmed room booking wasn't available. I have called the hotel on several occasions to advise them of my arrival but the number on the card I had from a previous booking didn't work. So they would not give me another room unless I pay extra for an upgrade which was there mistake to begin with. I just think it was unfair that I had to pay extra for there mistake. In my opinion it is a common practice where they do this to get more money from you. In conclusion, My gutt is telling me that they did have my confirm room available but wanted more money from me as I was desperate.
