The hotel was extremely accessible as you could see it as soon as you exited the station. There were food places and supermarket next to it to so I was able to get snacks and food without having to order in which made it really convenient. I liked how everything was easy to navigate and the lounge area was nice too. The staff were very polite especially as my friend joined later than I arrived. The bathroom décor was really nice, and spacious. TV in the room with accessible channels. Prices cheaper on actual website which is why I said price didn't match my expectations.

The room was a lot smaller than in the pictures, especially as there was literally no space to move around the bed. Ideally alone, it is fine but with 2 people it can feel a little small unless you're happy to just be sat on the bed. The bathroom has visible limescale build up and it could have been cleaner. Additionally, the doors of the shower were annoying as they would unfold as you were showering. One big issue I had was that I was unable to plug my laptop or my firestick into the TV to browse of my own accord, especially since the TV only provides rentable movie options or ITV or similar.

The staff were very pleasant. From check-in to the restaurant. Everyone I encountered was super helpful. Hotel has a very pleasant decor. Clean and surprisingly quiet even though its right next to the train station.

The room size was too small for the this type of hotel. I could not walk around the bed - bothways. The bed is almost hugging the TV wall (and it was a queen bed).

First room was above a nightclub which was horrendous on a Saturday night, But Staff moved us as soon as I explained the problem
