The room was not cleaned , dust all over the surfaces , floor was dusty and rubbish under the bed. Bathroom was dirty and shower drain was clogged for two nights even after asking staff to clean after the first night. Throughout the week the room was not cleaned.

The hotel is centrally located so there are a lot of food places around. The hotel and our room was very clean. The heating/aircon was easy to use and did a good job keeping our room cool. Breakfast was a small variety but a good one. We were able to order our eggs fresh and the rest was buffet style.

The parking in the area is very limited and the distance from the recommended car park at the shopping centre is not ideal with luggage or walking back to the hotel late at night. The room is very compact. There was only 1 bin in the bathroom so had to have our own plastic bag for rubbish. The heating/aircon unit is located in an awkward area above the room door so it made it harder to heat up the room when it was cold. There was only one full length mirror which was awkward to look in because of the lack of space. I think the room walls definitely could have benefited from more conveniently located mirrors on the walls.
