It was an amazing experience! The best hotel where i was! Exciting views, so clear rooms, a big hotel area. There you can buy everything. A big choice of delicious food and drinks. The waiters so polite. Also, thanks for a girls, that spend their time with me and my friends at the parties and do some activities. They just make our evenings better🫶🏻

I have had a great time at the hotel so far. My children also had a lot of fun. The staff at the kids' club welcomed me warmly; I would especially like to thank Ms. Cansu for her attentiveness. It is a place I can recommend to everyone. You don't experience any shortage of sun loungers at the pools, and similarly, they have 24/7 bars available.

The property itself is beautiful, featuring a stunning beach club and fantastic evening shows. There are also many amazing staff members here who deserve recognition. Aguel in the Nori Asian à la carte restaurant was exceptional, and the chap working by the relax pool was absolutely brilliant. They even had a lady go around the pool to clean guests' sunglasses, which was a lovely, premium touch. We also booked a Pier Cabana for a day, and it was an incredible experience that I highly recommend. Additionally, the food throughout our stay was lovely, and the rooms were spacious, practical, and comfortable. We travelled as a family of 3 with a 9 year old. The slides were brilliant and the food for children was varied. When we experienced some initial service hiccups having to request things several times. I fed my experience back to a guest assistant following daily messages about how much they are there to improve the stay and help. They took it seriously, called me to a meeting with the managers to apologise, and the cleaning manager even left flowers in our room. This was an appreciated gesture that showed they initially took the feedback on board. The hotel explained they spend a lot of time training staff. The Negatives & Areas for Improvement While the hotel prides itself on incredible service, there are major areas where it currently falls short, especially given the premium price point and the expectation of a luxury experience. During our 10-night stay, basic communication was a persistent issue. We had to request milk for our room coffee three separate times before it arrived, and we had to ask three times for the technical team to visit our room. We also missed out on turn-down service one evening, and during one dinner at the main buffet, we weren't offered a drink and had finished our meal before water was offered. The hotel was full, but this should not negate service. The bar service varied wildly as well; some bars made an amazing Bramble and Strawberry Daiquiri, while others served what tasted like an awful, cheap slush. The biggest disappointment, however, came at the very end, leaving a sour taste as we departed. On check-out, we were dealt with by an incredibly rude individual. Aside from telling me the final bill amount, not a single other word was spoken to us no goodbye, no thank you, and no questions about our stay. Furthermore, as part of our room package, we were supposed to receive a "meet and assist" service at Antalya airport, but no information was ever provided on how to use this. When our guest assistant, Ege, messaged to ask what time we were leaving, I explained that we had already left. There wasn't even a reply to wish us a safe journey or hope we enjoyed our stay; the message was simply left on read, which just amplified the cold, rude departure experience. Final Verdict The hotel appears to be positioning and pricing itself on par with ultra-luxury resorts like Regnum and Maxx Royal. However, having been thoroughly spoiled by Maxx Royal in the past, I don’t think this property is quite there yet. Given the glowing reviews and how this hotel is marketed, I expected much more. It has all the components of a great luxury resort beautiful grounds, great food, and excellent entertainment but the service delivery and guest communication need to be much more consistent to justify the premium price tag.

Clean and comfy rooms, great food.

Unser Aufenthalt war vom Anfang bis zum Ende einfach perfekt. Bereits beim Empfang wurden wir herzlich begrüßt – mit Erdbeeren in Schokoladensoße und angebotenen Getränken. Danach wurden wir zu unserem wunderschönen, sehr großen und geräumigen Zimmer in der Lagune mit direktem Zugang zum Swimmingpool gebracht. Besonders gefallen hat uns die große Auswahl an Restaurants und Bars – hier findet wirklich jeder etwas Passendes. Das Essen war vielfältig, reichhaltig und auch für Vegetarier hervorragend geeignet. Ich habe jeden Tag problemlos viele leckere Optionen gefunden. Die Chocolaterie und Patisserie mit ihren täglich wechselnden Kreationen waren ein echtes Highlight. Sehr praktisch fanden wir auch, dass beim Lagunenzimmer das Lagunenrestaurant inklusive Zimmerservice kostenlos inkludiert war. Die Zimmer wurden täglich sehr gründlich gereinigt und die inklusive Minibar wurde jeden Tag komplett aufgefüllt. Außerdem haben wir uns durch das aufmerksame Personal und die gute Bewachung der gesamten Anlage jederzeit sicher und bestens aufgehoben gefühlt. Parkplätze stehen direkt vor der Lobby zur Verfügung, was die Anreise sehr angenehm macht. Auch das Fitnessstudio hat uns positiv überrascht: groß, modern und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für effektives Training im Urlaub braucht – inklusive Beinpresse, Kabelzug und Geräten für alle Muskelgruppen. Natürlich darf man keine speziellen Bodybuilding-Geräte erwarten, aber für das Training im Urlaub ist das Gym wirklich hervorragend ausgestattet. Ein ganz besonderes Lob geht an Fariyar und Mahmud. Beide waren jederzeit erreichbar, haben uns immer bestens informiert und wirklich jeden Wunsch möglich gemacht. Generell war das gesamte Personal außergewöhnlich aufmerksam, freundlich und herzlich. Ein paar türkische Floskeln werden immer mit einem Lächeln erwidert und sehr geschätzt. Wir haben uns während des gesamten Aufenthalts unglaublich willkommen und wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Great nature, great kids club, ok restaurant

Facilities are old, management is indifferent. Cash stolen from our room during our stay. Hotel acknowledged the incident and was unable to resolve it without a formal police report. As a gesture of goodwill, we were offered dinner and a cabana. Use the in-room safe for all valuables.
