I had an outstanding experience at Novotel Almaty City Center, and I want to especially recognize Midina and Tamina for making my stay exceptional. Midina, the supervisor, was truly remarkable. Her leadership and professionalism are clearly reflected in how smoothly everything operates. She was attentive, composed, and genuinely cared about ensuring guests had the best possible experience. It’s rare to see someone manage responsibilities with such confidence while still being so warm and approachable. She sets a very high standard for service. Tamina at reception was equally impressive. From the moment I arrived, she was welcoming, efficient, and incredibly helpful. She handled everything seamlessly and made the check-in process smooth and comfortable. Her friendly attitude and positive energy create an amazing first impression of the hotel. Because of Midina and Tamina, my experience went beyond just a good stay — it was truly memorable. Their dedication and professionalism represent the hotel perfectly. I would absolutely recommend Novotel Almaty City Center to anyone visiting Almaty.

My experience is very good and nice. I had a very beautiful stay and the receptionist was very helpful. Guided me and help me in all the things I need. I would definitely come here again. I love staying here. The receptionist midina and vlada is really nice and helpful. Happy to have them here.
